Options Lab, Inc. is a privately-owned clinical drug testing laboratory in Appleton, WI. It was started in fall 2008 initially to provide an alternative to hospital-based and out-of-state drug testing labs to Options Treatment Program, a multi-clinic substance abuse and mental health counseling provider. We found that we were able to provide faster specimen processing times than our out-of-state competitors and provide a larger testing menu and lower prices than the local hospital labs. We began aggressively marketing our services to other behavioral health providers, county agencies, schools and employers in the summer of 2009. By fall 2010, we had acquired testing contracts with several county agencies, one of Wisconsin’s largest and most successful drug court programs, and a number of counseling providers, schools, and local employers. Today, we perform testing for clients throughout north central and northeastern Wisconsin and continue to grow our operations into new markets throughout the state. Our knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing have helped Options Lab become the go to drug testing laboratory in our region and we hope to provide that service to you and your staff.
